Senior HR and Trainer

Job Location: Phnom Penh

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, design and conduct training programs for  both new and existing employees

- Develop new and engaging methods in delivering training

- Ensure that statutory training requirements are met

- Review existing training and development programs and revise programs as needed to adapt to changes in the work environment

- Work collaboratively with subject matter experts to provide support to employees in line with CAB goals and values.

- Comply with the bank’s policy and procedures in relation to training and organization operations.

- Ensure that staff training and development are on-going features of the organization.

- Design and apply assessment tools to measure and ensure training effectiveness.

- Perform other duties that will be assigned from time to time

 

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor Degree in HR management or related fields

- At least two years training experience in a banking sector or MFIs

- Demonstrate capacity to develop Policy and Procedure.

- Good organizational and time management skills

- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills

- Well-developed oral and written communication skills.

- Intermediate of Computer literacy (using MS Office).

- Functional level of English literacy and competency in documentation.
