Head of HR and Training

Job Location: Phnom Penh (Head Office)

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance to local employment laws and regulations on all HR related matters

- Managing recruitment full cycle process – from manpower planning, sourcing, coordination, package review, to on-boarding

- Develop and execute workflows and procedures for HR department

- Maintain learning and development policies and procedures and ensure proper communication to internal employees

- Ensure that orientation training covers all subjects including the company policies and procedures

- Facilitate and deliver the training to staffs

- Arrange monthly training and prepare training results

- Facilitate effective development according to company’s future strategy, attract potential trainer, creating a leaning environment

- Coordinate and prepare education sponsorship program

- Search and screen the suitable training course for all staffs


Job Requirements:

- Candidates must possess at least Diploma in HR Management, Administration or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of relevant HR working experience

- Good knowledge and skills in Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relationship, Labor Law, Training & Development

- Working knowledge of succession planning and talent management;

- Good negotiation, leadership, and influencing skills;

- Good command of English;

- Demonstration of ability to work under pressure

- Working knowledge of MS Office skills on Word, Excel and PowerPoint; and Knowledge of HRIS
