HR Assistant

Report to: Senior HR Officers/ Manager

Job location: Phnom Penh

Key Responsibilities:

To check & verify staff attendance, leave, OT, claim and assist in payroll processing.

To handle recruitment activities such as screenings resume, scheduling interview, conduct interview, job briefing, shortlisting, extend an offer, coordinate on board activities and etc.

To prepare employment contract and others related letters and follow up with the necessary action.

To ensure recruitment carries out align with company budget.

To work as a team to ensure that the goals of the department and the company are achieved.

To ensure that the HR Manager is adequately informed of all matters at all times.

To perform all other duties as assigned & required by senior officers or the Manager.

 

Job requirements:

Very good command of English speaking, writing and listening and Chinese is advantageous.

Knowledge of computer kills, Microsoft word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Good in communication, interpersonal skill.

Knowledge of Office administration and HR issues.

​Be honest, good attitude, friendly and creative new ideas.
