JOP RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enhancements to the Credit Measurement Framework.
• Develop & maintain the current credit risk management systems.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of information from these systems to the relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare and present the information pack for Board Risk Committee.
• Contribute to various risk related projects particularly on aspects pertaining to credit measurement.
• Develop & implement system projects in the credit risk space.
• Assist the Head of Risk Management in development and review of Credit Policy & Standards.
• Perform others tasked assigned by line manager.

Technical Requirement 

• Possess 5-7 years of credit risk management experience in a bank.
• Possess bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics or Statistics.
• Professional qualifications e.g. CFA/ FRM preferable
• Good understanding of risk management principles.
• Solid understanding of credit analysis and policies.
• Exposure to credit risk modeling is desirable
• Exposure to limit/ collateral system implementation & management.
• Understanding of the evolving practices of Credit Risk Management & regulatory requirements.
• Understanding of Basel guideline.

Behavioral Requirement

• Capable to hold discussion with the BoM & BoD.
• Problem solving skills.
