Job Purpose

Manager, MIS is responsible for planning, coordinating and directing all computer-related activities for the bank. Determine the company's information technology goals and implement computer systems. involved with any task related to system development, upgrading or repairing and maintenance to ensure the all-related business systems are met the CIA compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Work as a primary point of contact with cross-functional teams throughout the design and development process, including product development committee, marketing, and other business units or third parties to successfully go from early-stage product concepts to launch.
• Document design before handover to development teams for implementation. Initiate and obtain creative feedback from managers at appropriate junctures.
• Business report development and design as per business requirement.
• Develop and maintain system plan including operational requirements, budget requirements and schedules.
• Develop and implement MIS policies to ensure data accuracy and security.
• Keep abreast and enhance of the latest technology for mobile/internet applications.
• Work with computer engineers to brainstorm new applications.
• Facilitate existing and ongoing projects with NBC
• Maintain and support NBC System and reporting and Internal Business reporting Requirement.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Translate business requirements into specifications that will be used to implement the required application
• Provide support as required to ensure the availability and performance of developed applications for both external and internal users
• Continuously discover, evaluate, implement, technologies maximize development efficiency.
• Others to be assigned by management as high priority
• Analysis and collect data repository capable of not only gathering, organizing, and storing User data but also processing and analyzing it and generating various reports.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor or higher Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of professional experience & IT Governing, Security & Compliance in similar field.
• Common understanding of software project management and software development practices.
• Experience working in a collaborative team environment, working directly with product managers and developers to define and implement solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a strong aptitude for translating requirements into visual concepts.
• Experience designing and developing mobile/web applications in a complex operating environment
• Proficient with functional and object-oriented programming
• Capable to understand and skill to use Software Development Project Management Tool well.
• Prove experience of application security.
• Experience with Common DBMS such as SQL Server, SQLite, MySQL, PostgreSQL and/or Oracle is a plus
• Ability to multitask, excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit.
• Experience working with a development team
