Together with Senior Management, the successful candidate will
be co-responsible for the achievement of the business objectives
of the Bank. He or she will be responsible for conducting
competitiveness analysis and market intelligence, design and
development of products and services, devising and implementing
campaigns and marketing strategies. He / she will also be
required to monitor effectiveness of the business development
efforts, to promote the service and image of the Bank as well as
to pro-actively attend to customers’ complaint or feedback.
Location: Phnom Penh
Requirements:
Candidate must possess a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree,
Professional Degree or Master's Degree in any field
At least 3 years managerial experience in business
development or marketing in any service industry
Preferably managers with experience in banking or financial
services with exposure to consumer, retail and commercial
products and services
Has good contacts and network with people in various
industries
Strong command of written and verbal English
Other languages): Cambodian, Mandarin or other languages
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
Mature and outgoing, with the ability to manage and
coordinate teams
