The Borrower establishes or maintains an account with the Cambodia Asia
Bank.

Accomplishes Application Form
Car distributor's provisional invoice for brand
new Vehicle
Clean Original Certificate or Registration for pre-owned
or used Vehicle
(1) For Individual (Business or Personal)
National Identification Card or Passport
Certificate of Employment, if employed , stating the number of year
in service and the present gross annual salary exclusive of other
monetary benefits (bonus, commission, etc.) or
If Borrower is business proprietor, certified copies of Certificate
of Business Registration Business Permit or License and latest audited
financial Statements
Police Clearance or Certificate of Good Character from Community
Leader and copy of Credit Card(s), if any.
Other collateral documents that the Bank may require.
(2) For Partnership, Corporate & Other Organization
The Charter of the borrower or Articles of Partnership/ Corporation
The Investment License and Business Registration Certificate of
the Borrower or any other documents issued by competent state authorities
permitting the Borrower's operation in Cambodia
Joint Venture agreement, if applicable
The Original or notarized copy of approved corporate resolutions
of the Borrower approving the application for car loan with CAB.
Latest audited Financial Statements
Other partnership or corporate documents that the Bank may reasonably
require
