Housing Loan

Product Features

  • Loan Amount Range
    		•  USD 10,000 to USD 100,000 but not more than 60% of the appraised value of the collateral
  • Loan Terms
    		•  Flexible between 6 to 60 monthly amortizations
  • Interest Rate
    		•  At prevailing rate at the time of loan booking
  • Form of Payment
    		•  At applicant's option of Automatic Devit or over the counter cheque

    Purpose - Purchase of lot and construction of house
      - Construction of house only
      - Renovation of existing house

    Term Maximum of 5 years for term loan, and
      One year for Credit Facility but renewable every year up to 5 years.

    Pre-qualifying Condition

    The product is available to individual Borrowers with fixed monthly income.

    The Borrower establishes or maintains an account with the Cambodia Asia Bank.

    Other Requirements
  • National Identification Card or Passport


  • Certificate of Employment, if employed, stating the number of years in service and the present gross annual salary exclusive of other monetary benefits(bonus, commission, etc.)


  • Real property or chattel duly registered in the Borrower's name and corresponding insurance cover, if any.


  • Police Clearance or Certificate of Good Character from Community Leader and copy of Credit Card(s), if any.


  • If business proprietor, certified copies of Certificate of Business registration, latest audited Financial Statements, Business Permit or License


  • Other collateral documents that the bank may require.


  • Accomplished Application Form


  • Card distributor's provisional invoice(for Brand New Vehicle)


  • Clean Original Certificate of Registration(for Pre owned or Used Vehicle)


    • (1) For Individual(Business of Personal)

  • National Identification Card or Passport


  • Certificate of Employment, if employed, stating the number of years in service and the present gross annual salary exclusive or other monetary benefits(bonus, commission, etc.) or


    • Pre-qualifying requirement:

    The Borrower establishes or maintains an account with the Cambodia Asia Bank.

    Properly filled-out Application Form

    Owner's Copy of Certificate of Title

    Vicinity or location map.

    Copy of Marriage Certificate, if application is married.

    For employed applicants:
      Combined Certificate of Employment & Compensation stating annual salary/ Income Tax Returns/ Copy of valid identification/ Police Clearance or Certificate of Good Character from Community Leader and copy Credit Card(s), of any.
    For self-employed applicants:
      Business Registration/ Corporate Documents/ Audited Financial Statements(past 2 years)/ In-house Financial Statements(past 2 years)/ Income Tax Returns/ Company's List of Major Suppliers and Customers(with at least 2 names of contact person for each)/ Copy of valid personal identification/ Police Clearance or Certificate of Good Character from Community Leader and copy of Credit Card(s), if any.
