    		•  Certified copy of the Certificate of Incorporation or Business Registration

    Certified copy of the company's Memorandum and Articles of Incorporation/ Partnership or Association

    		•  The Board of Directors' Resolution: appointing your bank as the banker, the Company's authorized signatories and the manner of operating the account.

    		•  Certified copies of the passports/ identity cards of the company directors and authorized signatories.

    Investment License or any evidence or document issued by competent authority permitting the customer's operation in Cambodia.
