The successful candidate will be overall responsible for the smooth running of the credit operations covering the credit aspects of marketing, assessment, securities, review and control. He or she shall also be required to assist in the business and marketing strategies and to promote ancillary products and services of the Bank.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree or Master's Degree in any field

• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in credit operations of a bank

• Preferably supervisors who are experienced in retail and commercial credit management and administration

• Strong command of written and verbal English and articulate in conveying information

• Other languages: Cambodian and/or Mandarin.

• Strong analytical ability and meticulous in documentation requirements

• Mature and resourceful, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• IT literate
