Senior Officer, Card Product Development

Job Location: Head Office

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setup strategy plan and run business (Sale volume….) for Card Center
  • Enhance debit and credit card products and increase the development of the card’s operation market.
  • Comprehensive planning, setting up and improve the operating for card business
  • Responsible for whole operation and Card business to provide high customer care and retention strategy to increase user usage.
  • Initiate new operational flow and procedure of card to get customer's experience.
  • Create and deal with vendor, card system supporter and supplier on related product operation
  • Manage and keep track with all Fraud/ Risk report
  • Enquire customer information at Credit Bureau Cambodia (CBC).
  • Provide rule and training to staff to develop an awareness of Debit and Credit Card
  • Create new scheme to promote Card & Merchant promotion
  • Monitor competitors’ activities and analysis for competitive action plan. 
  • Manage card/merchant recruitment target and performance of each channel.
  • Budget Control of the section and Build loyalty program.
  • Manage sale volume card products, ATM, Merchant recruitment target and performance of each channel
  • Set up the target and campaign to sell products for the staff, and make sale proposal
  • Analyze the specific debit and credit applications, terms and conditions, credit limits with appropriate and logical.
  • Modify the Maintaining customer payment records.
  • Writing final notice warnings to customers when payments are not being made.
  • Instituting legal action when customers fail to pay their debt.
  • Manage providing the report to line manager “Head of Card Center”
  • Other tasks assigned by Head of Card Center

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in the credit/debit card industry and/or financial services operations, in the areas of Customer Service, Credit Underwriting and/or Fraud Risk Management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team or independently.
  • Capable knowledge to Visa, Master, China Union Pay card rules & regulations
  • Degree in Finance/ Business Administration/ Commerce or equivalence
  • Experience in Debit and Credit Card Operation Processing and monitoring
  • Strong commitment with knowledge how to improve and make Card Product and Service
  • Knowledge related to Fraud/ Risk report
  • Good communication skill and solving customer complaints
  • Good English both speaking and writing
  • Good communication, facilitation and good interpersonal skills
