Job Responsibilities:

• Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Turnaround Time (TAT) matrix documents to ensure the services level are met between (IT to IT, IT to Business users, IT to vendors)
• Infrastructure Technology refreshing and capabilities measurement (to detect hardware and software end of support and end of life)
• Infrastructure Security Compliance development program (security baseline or hardening to apply all levels of corporate systems such OS, DB, App, Middleware, Network devices,...)
• Infrastructure Outsourcing/third party management (agreement with vendors, vendor cost management, services categories, services fee charge and terms of conditions of each service)
• Infrastructure Resources/utilities performance evaluation (to detect any abnormalities of infrastructure services and measures our daily performance of infrastructure services)
• Infrastructure Security monitoring and escalation (to detect and escalate the suspicious events from IDS/IPS or SoC ruleset)
• Infrastructure Recovery capability management program (to measure how capabilities of infrastructure resiliency that can quickly be recovered when critical systems was outages or downtime)
• Infrastructure Security Incident response management and procedures
• Cyber drill conducted and mitigation solutions over the IT Infrastructure
• Infrastructure Security controls benchmarks development (processes and procedures to establish security hardening to apply all criteria systems both production and alternate sites)
• Infrastructure-as-service methodology (utilizing the ability of infrastructure services as per business demands)
• Infrastructure services operations (backup, patch update,...)
• Servers and Storage Utilization Management
• Consolidation of WAN and LAN within the network cooperation
• Infrastructure cost management (operational and capital expenditures of each solution under infrastructure areas)
• Virtualization and Private Cloud computing environmental entity
• Network and Security protection layers over the critical systems
• Infrastructure Security parameters matrix and appliance for all critical business systems
• Infrastructure Systems documentary and inventory management
• Continuous Infrastructure Development Program (endorsed/approved by IT steering committee or senior management)
• Administer and monitor entire IT ecosystem (infrastructure, security, network, database, software) to ensure that all operations services are running without faults.
• Configuring and installing various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS)
• Performing network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations
• Manage and ensure effectiveness of security solutions, including firewalls, anti-virus solutions, and intrusion detection systems

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or Higher
• Minimum 4 years of experience as Software Developer with Bank or MFI.
• Holding certified of CCNA or CCNP is plus.
• Experience managing and configuring enterprise-wide LAN, WAN & VPN
• Knowledge of current protocols and standards, including Active Directory, Group Policies, MS Exchange, Core Switching/Routing, SSL/IPSec, SAN, Virtualization
• Strong technical aptitude, especially relating to PC/Server/Network hardware.
• Proficient with enterprise troubleshooting/monitoring tools and network operation concepts.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English and the ability to interact effectively and collaboratively both internally and externally.
