Job Location: Phnom Penh

Responsibilities:

Accountabilities:

• Lead enhancements to the Credit Measurement Framework.
• Develop & maintain the current credit risk management systems.
•Ensure timely and accurate reporting of information from these systems to the relevant stakeholders.
• Preparation and presentation of the information pack for Board Risk Committee.
• Contribute to various risk related projects particularly on aspects pertaining to credit measurement.
• Develop & implement system projects in the credit risk space.
• Assist the Head of Risk Management in development and review of Credit Policy & Standards.

Experience:
• Solid understanding of Credit analysis and policies.
• Good understanding of Risk Management principles.
• Understanding of Basel guideline.
• Problem solving skills.
• Understanding of the evolving practices of Credit Risk Management & regulatory requirements.
• Capable to hold discussion with the BoM & BoD.
• Exposure to Limit/ Collateral system implementation & management.
• Exposure to credit risk modelling is desirable
• 5-7 years of Credit Risk Management experience in a bank.

Qualifications:
• Degree in business administration in either Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics or Statistics.
• Professional qualifications e.g. CFA/ FRM preferable
