Senior Officer, Card System and Terminal

Job Location: Head Office

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading & managing risk control of acquiring fraud on ATM and POS
  • Control and configure ATM, POS Terminal and understand well about Terminal Software
  • Merchant and ATM installation, Stocks Control, Provide ATM and Merchant Service Management.
  • Participating on managing & maintaining card system update and installation of TranzWare products families (certification of the products
  • Control and monitoring acquiring network either in ATM or POS in order to work smooth
  • Troubleshooting enhances of system updating, message protocol in both Dual and SMS types
  • Leading, managing and controlling of certification process of terminal enhancement update to adapt to International Payment System Visa/MasterCard/UnionPay to meet a time frame.
  • Controlling & monitoring setting functionalities of POS and ATM network acquiring,
  • A part of manipulating of HSM key and ERACOM HSM.
  • Creating and manipulating of ATM scenario creation with EMV compliance of Wincor-Nixdorf, NCR SelfServ with AANDC v2.2/v.2.3/v3.0 with a core of NDC+ protocol.
  • Preparing and providing all related report to line manager “Head of Card Center”
  • Another Tasks assigned by Head of Card Center

Job Requirements:

  •  Bachelor degree in IT/MIS
  • Experience at least two years of managing ATM Switching system admin control, Card Management System, and card personalization software
  • Minimum at least two years working experience in payment system, money transfer system or related field
  • Good knowledge in Credit Card, Debit Card and Prepaid Card operation is an asset and knowledge in database management, Ms. SQL server and Oracle
  • Strong knowledge in programming languages, Vb.NET, Java, C#, PHP, etc.
  • Good English communication skills on both verbal and written
  • Good conceptual, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Be proactive and good team work and Customer service orientation skill
  • Good communication skills and team work
