JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Contact the existing customer individuals by operation telephone equipment system provide by bank;
• Deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service;
• Describe products and services;
• Obtain customer information; noting important details of each conversation
• Obtain possible customer leads;
• Maintain customer/potential customer data bases;
• Keep follow up on initial contacts;
• Complete records of telephonic interactions, orders and accounts;
• Prepare weekly report relate to outbound call and customer feedback, submit to manager;
• Other task assigned by Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous working experience as an Outbound Sales for 1 year(s)
• Fresh graduate/ or Juniors in Finance, Marketing or similar relevant field also can apply
• Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, both Khmer and English
• Networking aptitude
• Fearless attitude and a hunter mentality
