Card Center Manager

  • To approve and monitor on the process of application forms for Debit and Credit Cards.
  • To check and control the embossing file before authorizing to emboss the card with report comparison.
  • To review cardholder maintenance such as suspended/revoked card, regenerated Cards or PIN, Added/removed account to card, close card upon either Customer request or dormant account with following on Department’s guidelines, procedures and policy.
  • To manage Visa, Master, CUP, Alipay& Wechat for GL reconciliation.
  • To coordinate with Marketing team on Card Products and also recruit new Merchant
  • To review the merchant recruitment assessment and recommend to manager for approval or reject of merchant application.
  • To review and manage collection.
  • To manage and control dispute of Visa/Master and CUP for both Issuing & Acquiring.
  • To prepare monthly report for NBC and management meeting
  • To provide training to branches and or other related department if needs.
  • Any other task assigned by management



  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or other related field
  • Minimum 2 year experience in card center department
  • Be able to resolve any customer inquiries and complaints effectively
  • Good knowledge of Visa/Master/UPI dispute both Issuing & Acquiring
  • Advance knowledge of Microsoft office ( Word, Excel & PowerPoint )
  • Effective communication and management skills
  • Autonomous, quick learner, and pro-active
  • Good verbal and writing communication skill
  • Honestly, commitment and hard work
