Senior Officer, Card System Administration

Job Location: Head Office

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage switching system as well as the integrated system, Cambodia Shared Switch
  • Manage, Monitor and control the Card Management System Administration,
  • Setup, maintenance any required system environment SIT, UAT, PRE-PROD
  • Manage the changing released by the card schemes
  • Create reports and relevant processing from Card Management System
  • Ensure the backup environment (DR) and the production environment (DC) having the same configuration, setting, parameterizing and real-time synchronization
  • Support all work tasks the Card Management System Administration
  • Manage and monitor in switching over exercise between DC and DR
  • Maintain and keep the Edit Package system as well as Visa Testing System (VTS) up-to-date
  • Ensure the acquiring BIN table is up to date as per released by the card scheme companies like Visa, MasterCard, Union Pay, WeChat, Alipay,.
  • Conduct on Card Management System (CMS), ensure the users and roles are well managed and performed user access review in every three months
  • Prepare and provide all related report to line manager “Head of Card Center”
  • Another Tasks assigned by Head of Card Center

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in IT/MIS,
  • 2 years’ experience Card Management System and acknowledge of Card Software
  • Experience at least 1 years of managing Switching system admin control, Card Management System, and card personalization software
  • Experience in payment system, money transfer system or related field
  • Good knowledge in Credit Card, Debit Card and Prepaid Card operation is an asset and knowledge in database management, Ms. SQL server and Oracle
  • Strong knowledge in programming languages, Vb.NET, Java, C#, PHP, etc
  • Good English communication skills on both verbal and written
  • Good conceptual, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Be proactive and good team work and Customer service orientation skill
