Teller Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the branch maintains sufficient cash and comply to policy
  • Monitor Customer services & tellers work on a daily basis.’
  • Authorize Customer services & teller’s transactions
  • Verify customer signature.
  • Re-count and re-check all cash returned from tellers.
  • Hold vault Key to join unlock/open vault with DBM and hold safe key
  • Prepare vault entrance record
  • Promote bank products and services
  • Cross sell VIPs and potential customers to explore new more customer, in order to achieve the target assignment
  • To ensure all staff have good working knowledge and bank products and services, listen attentively to customers, provide accurate information, and regularly identify any opportunities, including referrals to other areas of the bank.
  • To ensure that cash drawer and vault level are maintained at the lowest level at which the branch can effectively operate.
  • Maintain positive relation with customers and potential customers.

Job Qualifications:

  • Detail knowledge of banking operations process and cash management skills.
  • BBA Degree equivalent
  • 2+ experience in banking field or related experience
  • Basic English and Mandarin is an advantage
