Job Description

• Direct support sale team for loan submission in order to reduce turnaround time
• Ensure loan submission from branch sales team are reviewed and got approval within the agreed SLA in order to maintain superior customer service to clients.
• Keep record of repeated mistakes/ errors and complaints in order to update for future improvement/development of internal process.
• Collect, verify, consolidate and analyze sales performance report (loan & deposit) on a regular basis to line manager(s) for further processing
• Identify areas of improvement and development of individual sales performance to establish performance improvement plan that practically address the gaps.
• Develops knowledge sharing processes and programs that encourage learning and collaboration for sales team.
• Update daily, monthly, quarterly and annually report to line manager
• Others duty as assigned by line manager

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance and Banking or Professional Communication field.
• Minimum 3 years of working experiences in sales, assessment, performance management or relevant field preferably in financial industry.
• Knowledge of data collection, analysis, and data presentation.
• Excellent coaching, follow-up, communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
• Fast, flexible and multitasking attributes.
• Ability to influence and motivate others.
• Ability to use and communicate in both Khmer and English
• Strong dedication to details and accuracy.
