Speedy Loan Against Fixed Deposit (FD) is a secured loan where you borrow funds by pledging your Fixed Deposit as collateral. It offers quick access to cash without breaking your deposit, with minimal paperwork, fast processing, and lower interest rates while your FD continues to earn interest.

Eligibility

  • Cambodian nationals aged between 18 and 65 at the time of loan application
  • Valid and stable source of income

Currency

  • Khmer Riel (KHR)​
  • US Dollar (USD)​

Loan Amount

  • Up to 90% of Fixed Deposit Amount​

Tenor

  • Up to maturity date of Fixed Deposit​

Interest Rate

  • Fixed Deposit Rate + 2% per annum​

Repayment Mode

  • Monthly interest payment and full principal repayment at the maturity ​

Processing Fee

  • 0.1% of the approved loan amount (minimum USD 50)​

Type of collateral

  • CAB Fixed Deposit Certificate under borrower's name (minimum term of 6 months) ​

Requirements

  • Valid Cambodian Citizen ID card / Passport (for foreigner)
  • Family Book or Residential Book
  • Secure Fixed Deposit Certificate issued by Cambodia Asia Bank
  • Additional documents as requested
