Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and Strategy planning and management of entire product portfolio for existing and new product
• Develop product align with business road map and bank vision
• Overall managing product include market survey, product proposal, define product work flow, working with technical department, product launching, product go to market, feedback and adjustment.
• Work with external third parties for product approval such as Central Bank or other relevant authorities.
• Closely working with sale , operation and marketing team to build the success of the new product as well as to optimising the efficiency of existing products
• Provide new product training as well as existing product refreshment to all sale distribution channels
• Others duty as assigned by line manager

Technical Competencies:

• Bachelor degree in business administration or other related fields.
• Minimum of 6 years experiences in related positions
• Ability to lead and to contribute to the team
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications of word, excel, power point …
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English language
• Strong conceptualization and analytical skills, as well as the ability to prepare ahead of time and execute well
• Excellent facilitation and interviewing abilities, as well as the ability to conduct research independently
