Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible to check and fix problems for ATM Hardware and Software
  • Responsible to contact vendor to fix ATM problem if needed
  • Responsible to check, config and test for new ATM before Go Live
  • Responsible to Install new security Camera for new ATM Go Live
  • Daily monitoring the ATM Transaction Log
  • Daily monitoring the ATM Status
  • Daily for checking view ATM screen
  • Daily send daily activities report via mail to management and team
  • Assist to contact to branches and outlet in case the connection of ATM is down
  • Assist to check the camera security for each ATM
  • Assist for checking and Loading cash ATM in Phnom Penh
  • Assist to check some issue by phone if needed
  • Assist to issue and re-issue PIN Mailer for Card Team
  • Assist to check the complaint sheet from Card Team
  • Report and follow up team about the ATM and Camera security issues
  • Check ATM Eye, Journal Log, and Camera security in case Card Team needed
  • Other tasks will be assigned by line manager

Job Requirement

  • Qualification in Information Technology, Computer and Science, Information Security, and other related degrees.
  • Has development experience in related to ATMs both hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Fluent in English both reading and writing and keen of self-learning
