Head of Digital Banking

JOP RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute CAB Bank’s strategy for digital channels including Internet, mobile banking and other distant channels.
  • Promote and adopt digital and self-service channels among customers in Cambodia and abroad ensuring significant increase of digital channels penetration, conversion and usage rate.
  • To strategize, develop and sell in yearly business plan and enhance existing platform of Digital Banking.
  • Grow digital banking’s market share and drive digital as the major virtual banking provider in Cambodia.
  • Manage customer lifecycle journey from acquisition, usage, retention and revenue generation.
  • To keep abreast with the latest systems and technologies in the market & To work closely with Digital IT team to bring innovative products.
  • Drive liabilities and loan business and fee-based income for CAB Bank by identifying gaps and new cross sell opportunities.
  • Set up payments business and drive volume.
  • Analyze and project business performance for all initiatives or enhancements.
  • To set-up the business and ops process and continuously enhance the process in delivering efficient and effective services.
  • To conduct market intelligence and competitors’ study and set benchmarks against best practices in the market.
  • To constantly identify & develop new potential markets & new business opportunities/ partnerships.
  • To work closely with marketing team for an effective marketing plan; advertising & promotion to maintain CAB Bank brand & market.
  • To facilitate plans to equip staff with product knowledge and communication skills.

Technical Requirement

  • Master's degree in relevant disciplines (preferably in IT, Finance or Marketing).
  • At least 3 years of experiences in management position in a large and/ or global organization.
  • More than 7 years of banking, telecommunications and/ or digital experience and online platforms.
  • Highly creative person with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in technology, digital banking and customer experience;
  • Ability to work on several projects in parallel
  •  Excellent communication skills with the ability to instantly connect with people and manage ongoing relationships for positive outcomes.
  • Strong analytical, planning, forecasting and budgeting/ financial skills
